Who We Are
The Watt brothers are from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and spent their summers at the family cabin in La Ronge,Sk. Both of them pursued careers as pilots, Michael was a military pilot and Corey was a bush pilot. He started his flying in La Ronge and met the Riese family during that time and was hired to fly wild rice out of remote access lakes. Fast forward to late 2017, when the Riese family wanted to retire and sell the business. Corey along with his brother Michael and his wife, Lynne purchased the company in 2018; Origins Wild Rice Co.
